Repair of a broken headstock:




Both parts are mated, glued and clamped until dry.


Black lacquer is used to fill any minor imperfections, then sanded smooth when dry.






After spraying some some clear and black lacquers, both sides are wet sanded, then buffed to match surrounding areas.
