I offer one-on-one service, meaning you will meet and work directly with the person performing the repair, customization, build, or setup.  All work is discussed in detail and agreed to in writing. Your instrument will be completed to your specifications, or to factory specifications if requested.  Full-time hours: 10am - 6pm, Monday - Friday.  Please email  for further details.  

I have been building and repairing guitars for over 30 years. I'm also a musician who understands the importance of a well-maintained instrument. On stage or at home, you want to be assured that your instrument is in optimal playing condition. I'll make sure your guitar is at its best.

Building and repair is in my blood, being a former cabinetmaker and Union finish carpenter. Certified in wood and metal construction techniques, design and electronics. Trained employees in construction techniques.

Apparently it runs in the family; my grandfather was a renowned Chicago violin maker.
